Tell me about your business, what you’d like to achieve and what feels harder than it should. I’ll ask questions, listen and help identify where we could make a difference.
We map how work actually happens, including the workarounds nobody documented. Then we challenge the steps that add little value, simplify handovers and agree what should stay, change or disappear. There’s no point automating a process that shouldn’t exist.
Once we’ve agreed a better way of working, I design and build the system to support it. You work directly with the person doing the implementation, see progress as we go and can test and shape the result.
We check the everyday scenarios, make adjustments and help people get comfortable with the new way of working. As your business changes, the system can evolve with it.
Sometimes the best answer is to make better use of what you already have. Sometimes it’s to remove steps or clarify responsibilities, without building anything. And sometimes a purpose-built application really is the right answer.
The recommendation should fit the business — not the other way round.
That includes AI: I look for places where it can genuinely save time or make information more useful, rather than adding it for its own sake.
