What started as a brief conversation with Michael, at productivity kick, about how Airtable could solve an issue with populating and managing data in Excel spreadsheets quickly morphed to encompass efficiency gains in areas we had never considered. Michael’s background in the travel industry meant that he immediately comprehended our business processes and ‘language’ and not only understood our initial need but quickly showed us new opportunities for efficiencies, having grasped how the data flowed not only within the department we were talking about but from that department to another.
