ABOUT MICHAEL

Hi, I’m Michael.
I help businesses work better.

I’ve spent more than 30 years working across business operations and technology. From early in my career, I’ve been fascinated by how work gets done — and how everyday processes can be made simpler, faster and more effective.

Today, through productivity kick, I help businesses cut unnecessary administration, connect disconnected processes and make better use of their information. I bring firsthand operational experience to every project, taking the time to understand how people actually work before designing practical systems around them. The aim is straightforward: fewer frustrations, clearer information and more time for the work that matters.

WHY PRODUCTIVITY KICK

Helping you focus on what matters most.

I’m a business systems consultant first. I ask questions, get to grips with the day-to-day reality and challenge processes that no longer make sense. Then I use technology where it will genuinely help.

The best solutions aren’t necessarily the most sophisticated. They’re the ones that remove frustrations, save time and give people more freedom to concentrate on what they do best. And I don’t stop at recommendations: I design and build the solution, too.
